What is Shared Creation?

A really simple concept for a new web site. Shared Creation uses the latest ideas on the Web such as blogging, tagging and social networking and combines them together with the single purpose of helping people make the most from their ideas. It goes like this - you have an idea for something, maybe a film, maybe a story, or maybe a special effect for your drama groups play; anything at all - at any scale and you write about it in Shared Creation. Other users of the site will stumble across it via a network of links and tags and contribute something to you.

It's the simple idea of letting people build their own social networks. Instead of making you describe your life in detail to some anonymous system in the hope of being found all you do is post an idea. Somebody then finds it because they are looking for something similar. It's all about accidentally meeting someone who can help you. The fortunate coincidence.
